Warely helps you sanity-check an online product page before you buy. This policy explains what we do and don't collect.

What you send us

When you run a check, the app sends the screenshots (or the page it captured for you) and, optionally, the product link, to our processing service. To read the page and produce a recommendation, that content is passed to Anthropic's Claude API. We do not ask for your name, email, or account.

Device identifier

The app generates a random, anonymous device identifier so we can count your free and subscription checks. It is not linked to your Apple ID or any personal profile, and it does not identify you as a person.

What we keep, and for how long

• Screenshots are processed to generate your result. The extracted text and the resulting recommendation may be cached for a short period (about 48 hours) so re-checking the same page is instant and cheaper — then it expires.
• The anonymous device identifier and its check counters are retained to enforce your allowance and subscription.
• If you report that a result was read incorrectly, we keep that feedback (tied only to the anonymous id) to improve accuracy.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data.
• There are no ads and no third-party advertising trackers.
• We do not build a personal profile of you.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store. We receive the subscription status needed to unlock checks; we do not receive or store your payment details.

Your choices

You can stop using the app at any time and cancel a subscription in your App Store settings. To ask what is associated with your device identifier, contact us below.
